Graduating From Ako Rolleston

Celebrating Success

As our tamariki take the next step in their educational journey we like to celebrate their success with them with a ceremony that takes place on their last day. We have our Ako tradition of singing our National Anthem, Happy School Days, Ka Kite Ano and other favourites of the time.
Each child then has the opportunity to share what they most enjoyed doing with the child going to school, and then the choice of a high five, hug, or knuckles as a final farewell.
Whānau are invited to share this special time with their child.
